According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, the total on-the-job training provided is 44 hours. This training is part of the initial training program and takes place at the Craters & Freighters corporate headquarters in Golden, Colorado, and/or at one or more of their franchised locations in Colorado.

The on-the-job training covers various subjects including crating & packaging (32 hours), transportation (2 hours), business management review (3 hours), cargo insurance (1 hour), pricing (2 hours), pickup & delivery (1 hour), system standards (2 hours), and operating system (1 hour).

Prospective franchisees should note that this on-the-job training is in addition to classroom training, which totals 40 hours.
