What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Craters & Freighters' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees, their designated managers, and lead salespersons may be required to attend periodic courses. These courses will cover new methods, techniques, equipment, services, and procedures.

These courses are held at locations and times designated by Craters & Freighters. Franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and living expenses associated with attending these periodic courses.

This ongoing training is a fairly standard practice in franchising, intended to keep franchisees up-to-date with the latest industry developments and ensure consistent brand standards across all locations. Franchisees should factor in the potential costs of travel and accommodation when budgeting for these required courses.
