What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Craters & Freighters's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a successor fee of $5,000 is payable at the time of signing a successor franchise agreement. This fee is paid directly to Craters & Freighters.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that if you choose to renew your franchise agreement with Craters & Freighters, you will be required to pay this fee upon signing the new agreement. This is in addition to any other fees or investments required for the renewal process.
It is important for potential franchisees to factor this fee into their long-term financial planning. Franchisees should also be aware that, as noted elsewhere in Item 6, all fixed dollar amounts referenced in the Franchise Agreement may increase annually based on increases in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
