What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, Craters & Freighters retains the authority to modify its System. This includes the right to periodically change, improve, or further develop the System or any of its components, including the Marks.

As a franchisee, you are obligated to promptly accept and comply with any changes Craters & Freighters makes to the System. This compliance may require you to incur expenditures necessary to adapt to the updated System. However, the agreement stipulates that these expenditures will not exceed an aggregate amount of $10,000 during the term of the Franchise Agreement.

While Craters & Freighters sets a limit on required expenditures, the Franchise Agreement states that the franchisee acknowledges that such expenditures are not limited or capped by Craters & Freighters in any way. This means that while Craters & Freighters will try to limit required expenditures to $10,000, franchisees may choose to spend more to fully comply with the System changes.
