What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee's owner(s) and the Designated Manager must participate in and complete the Initial Training Program to the Franchisor's satisfaction before opening the Franchised Business. There is no limit on the number of people who may participate in the Initial Training Program.
The franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses related to participating in the Initial Training Program. After the Franchised Business opens, Craters & Freighters may provide approximately three days of additional training at the premises during normal business hours, if deemed necessary.
If Craters & Freighters determines that the franchisee requires more than three days of additional training, the franchisee will be required to pay Craters & Freighters its current daily rate and reimburse all out-of-pocket expenses, including travel and living costs, incurred by Craters & Freighters for providing the additional training.
