What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Craters & Freighters' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee's owner(s), the franchisee's designated manager, and other managers are required to attend periodic training courses or meetings. These courses cover new methods, techniques, equipment, services, and procedures. The franchisor determines the timing and location of these training sessions.

As a Craters & Freighters franchisee, it's important to budget for these ongoing training requirements. The franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred by their personnel when attending these courses or meetings. This could include transportation, accommodation, meals, and other related costs.

Periodic training is a fairly standard practice in franchising. It helps ensure that franchisees and their staff stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices, technologies, and standards set by the franchisor. For Craters & Freighters, this training aims to maintain consistency and quality across all franchise locations, which ultimately protects the brand and the overall system.
