We developed a national account program through a former affiliate, Craters & Freighters Global Logistics, Inc. The solicitation of business (packaging, crating, shipping, insurance, delivery, and other services) was solicited through Craters & Freighters Global Logistics, Inc., but the work was performed by Craters & Freighters franchisees. In June 2007, Dianna S. Gibson, who was the owner of Craters & Freighters Global
Logistics, Inc., sold the company to Lisa A. Barenberg. Craters & Freighters Global Logistics, Inc. no longer solicits business from national accounts for franchisees, as that function is now performed by CFGL.
