What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Craters & Freighters does not explicitly detail on-the-job training for marketing within its initial or ongoing training programs. The FDD mentions an initial training program that franchisees must complete, but the specifics of this program do not include marketing training.

However, Craters & Freighters emphasizes the importance of marketing through a Marketing Fund, to which franchisees contribute. These funds are used for various marketing activities at the local, regional, and national levels. While franchisees can develop their own advertising materials, they must comply with branding and system standards and secure written approval from Craters & Freighters.

Prospective franchisees should inquire with Craters & Freighters about the availability of marketing support and training beyond the initial program. Understanding the extent of ongoing marketing assistance and the resources available to franchisees for local marketing efforts is crucial for success. Franchisees should also clarify how they can leverage the Marketing Fund to support their individual business growth.
