r business within fifteen (15) days after Franchisor notifies Franchisee that the conditions set forth in this Section 4.5 have been satisfied.
5. OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR.
5.1 Initial Training Program. Prior to the opening of the Franchised Business, Franchisor will furnish Franchisee with an initial training program regarding the operation of a Craters & Freighters Franchised Business in accordance with Franchisor's then-current initial training program (collectively, "Initial Training Program"). There is no limit on the number of people who may participate in the Initial Training Program, so long as Franchisee's owner(s) and the Designated Manager (as such term is defined below) participate and complete the Initial Training Program to Franchisor's satisfaction prior to opening the Franchised Business. Franchisee will be responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred in connection with participating in the Initial Training Program. If Franchisor determines it is necessary, Franchisor or a designee of Franchisor will provide Franchisee with approximately three (3) days of additional training at the Premises during normal business hours after the Franchised Business has opened.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Craters & Freighters' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Craters & Freighters does provide an initial training program to franchisees. Prior to opening their franchised business, franchisees will receive training regarding the operation of a Craters & Freighters franchise. There is no limit to the number of people who can participate in the initial training program, provided that the franchisee's owners and designated manager participate and complete the program to Craters & Freighters' satisfaction before opening.
Franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and living expenses associated with participating in the initial training program. Craters & Freighters may also provide approximately three days of additional training at the franchise location after it opens.
If Craters & Freighters determines that additional training beyond the initial three days is necessary, the franchisee will be required to pay Craters & Freighters' then-current daily rate and reimburse them for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred, including travel and living costs.
