Any of our obligations relating to the opening of your Franchised Business will be performed prior to the opening of the Franchised Business.
Schedule for Opening
We estimate that there will be an interval of ninety (90) days between the execution of the Franchise Agreement and the opening of your Franchised Business, but the interval may vary based upon such factors as the location and condition of the site, the construction schedule for your Franchised Business, and the extent to which an existing location must be upgraded or remodeled. You may not open your Franchised Business for business until you have complied with all of your obligations under the Franchise Agreement and we have been furnished with copies of all required insurance policies or such other evidence of coverage and payment as we request. You are required to open your Franchised Business for business within fifteen (15) days after we have notified you that your pre-opening obligations under the Franchise Agreement have been satisfied.

You cannot open your Craters & Freighters business until you have met all obligations under the Franchise Agreement and provided copies or evidence of required insurance policies. You are required to open within fifteen (15) days after Craters & Freighters notifies you that your pre-opening obligations have been satisfied.
