to opening the Franchised Business. Franchisee will be responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred in connection with participating in the Initial Training Program. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, Craters & Freighters will provide approximately three business days of additional on-site training at the franchisee's premises after the business has opened. This post-opening support is provided during normal business hours.
If Craters & Freighters determines that the franchisee requires more than the initial three days of training, the franchisee will be responsible for paying Craters & Freighters' then-current daily rate for the additional training days. The franchisee must also reimburse Craters & Freighters for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the extended training period. These expenses include, but are not limited to, travel and living costs for the Craters & Freighters trainers.
Additionally, Craters & Freighters will conduct one additional on-site visit for three business days at no charge to the franchisee at any point during the first year of the franchise's operation, if requested by the franchisee. After the first year, any further on-site visits requested by the franchisee, or deemed necessary by Craters & Freighters, will be at the franchisee's expense, covering travel, living costs, and the daily per-diem fee as detailed in the Operations Manuals.
