What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, Craters & Freighters will keep franchisees informed regarding any changes in the System. The System refers to the distinctive business formats, systems, methods, procedures, designs, layouts, and specifications that Craters & Freighters utilizes. Craters & Freighters retains the right to periodically change, improve, or further develop the System, including the Marks.
As a franchisee, you must promptly accept and comply with any changes to the Craters & Freighters System. You must also incur any expenditures necessary to comply with these changes. However, these expenditures will not exceed an aggregate amount of $10,000 during the term of the Franchise Agreement.
This means that Craters & Freighters franchisees need to be prepared to adapt to changes in the System and allocate funds for implementing these changes, up to the specified limit. Franchisees should stay engaged with communications from Craters & Freighters to remain informed about updates and modifications to the System, and budget accordingly for potential expenses.
