What happens if a Craters & Freighters franchisee needs more than seven email accounts?

As partial consideration for Franchisee's payment of the Technology Fee, Franchisor will establish up to seven (7) email accounts for Franchisee to use exclusively in connection with the Franchised Business.
In the event Franchisee requests any additional email accounts, Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that Franchisee will pay Franchisor's then-current rate for such email account(s), and such amount will be added to the amount of the Technology Fee paid by Franchisee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the Technology Fee, Craters & Freighters will establish up to seven email accounts for the franchisee to use exclusively for their franchised business.
However, if a franchisee requires more than the initial seven email accounts, they can request additional accounts from Craters & Freighters. The franchisee acknowledges and agrees that they will be responsible for paying Craters & Freighters' then-current rate for each additional email account.
This charge for extra email accounts will be added to the franchisee's Technology Fee. This means that franchisees need to budget not only for the standard Technology Fee but also for potential additional costs if their business operations require more than the seven initially provided email accounts.
