We have two affiliates ("Affiliates"), Craters & Freighters Franchise Company International ("International") and Craters & Freighters Platinum, Inc. dba Craters & Freighters Global Logistics ("CFGL").
International is a Colorado corporation that was incorporated on January 23, 2013. International does not operate any Craters & Freighters businesses. International has not offered franchises for Craters & Freighters Franchised Businesses as of the date of this Franchise Disclosure Document but intends to offer franchises for Craters & Freighters Franchised Businesses outside the United States in the fut

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, Craters & Freighters Platinum, Inc. dba Craters & Freighters Global Logistics ("CFGL") is an affiliate of the franchisor. CFGL, incorporated in Colorado on September 19, 2014, does not operate any Craters & Freighters businesses. Instead, CFGL administers the national accounts program for Craters & Freighters. Its principal business address is 331 Corporate Circle, Suite J, Golden, Colorado 80401, which is the same as the franchisor.
This means that while Craters & Freighters franchisees operate individual locations, the national accounts are managed separately by CFGL. This structure allows Craters & Freighters to pursue larger, nationwide clients while still relying on franchisees to fulfill the actual crating, packaging, and shipping services.
