What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their personnel have specific obligations regarding ongoing training, conventions, and regional meetings. The franchisee's managers must attend periodic courses or training meetings concerning new methods, techniques, equipment, services, and procedures. These meetings will be held at times and locations designated by Craters & Freighters. The franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses for their personnel attending these training sessions.

Additionally, the Craters & Freighters franchisee's owners, or their designees, are required to attend the annual franchisee convention. The franchisee owners must also attend regional meetings conducted by Craters & Freighters. These requirements ensure that franchisees stay updated with the latest developments and maintain consistent standards across the Craters & Freighters system.

These ongoing training and meeting requirements are typical in franchising, as they help maintain brand consistency and ensure franchisees are informed about new products, services, and operational methods. Franchisees should factor in the costs of travel and accommodation when budgeting for these mandatory events.
