Craters_Freighters Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

As partial consideration for Franchisee's payment of the Technology Fee, Franchisor will establish up to seven (7) email accounts for Franchisee to use exclusively in connection with the Franchised Business.

In the event Franchisee requests any additional email accounts, Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that Franchisee will pay Franchisor's then-current rate for such email account(s), and such amount will be added to the amount of the Technology Fee paid by Franchisee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Craters & Freighters's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as partial consideration for the Technology Fee, Craters & Freighters will establish up to seven email accounts for the franchisee. These email accounts are to be used exclusively in connection with the Craters & Freighters franchised business.

If a franchisee requires more than the initial seven email accounts, they can request additional accounts from Craters & Freighters. However, the franchisee acknowledges and agrees that they will be responsible for paying Craters & Freighters's then-current rate for each additional email account. This charge will be added to the franchisee's Technology Fee.

This arrangement ensures that Craters & Freighters franchisees have the necessary communication tools to operate their business while also providing a mechanism for Craters & Freighters to recoup costs associated with providing and maintaining these services. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in potential costs for additional email accounts beyond the initial allotment when assessing their overall technology expenses.
