After the first year, does the Craters & Freighters franchisee pay a per-diem fee for on-site visits?

At any point during the first year of Franchisee's operation of the Franchised Business, upon request by Franchisee, Franchisor will conduct one (1) additional on-site visit for three (3) business days at no charge to Franchisee.
Thereafter, Franchisor will provide Franchisee with on-site visits upon reasonable request by Franchisee or in the event Franchisor solely determines that an on-site visit is necessary.
In either scenario, Franchisee must pay all of Franchisor's travel and living expenses for such on-site visit(s) plus Franchisor's thencurrent daily per-diem fee as set forth in the Operations Manuals.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, after the first year of operation, a franchisee may request additional on-site visits from the franchisor. Craters & Freighters may also determine that an on-site visit is necessary.
In either of these scenarios, the franchisee is responsible for covering all of Craters & Freighters' travel and living expenses during the on-site visit.
In addition to travel and living expenses, the franchisee must also pay Craters & Freighters' then-current daily per-diem fee, as detailed in the Operations Manuals, for each day of the on-site visit. This per-diem fee is in addition to covering the travel and living expenses. Prospective franchisees should consult the Operations Manuals to understand the current per-diem fee charged by Craters & Freighters for on-site support visits.
