What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, Craters & Freighters will establish one or more email addresses for franchisees to use exclusively for their franchised business.
This means that as a franchisee, Craters & Freighters will provide at least one email address for business operations. This email will be separate from the franchisee's personal email and is intended for all communications related to the Craters & Freighters business. Having a dedicated email address helps maintain a professional image and keeps business communications organized.
In addition to providing email addresses, Craters & Freighters will also establish and maintain a stand-alone website, or "Geosite," for each franchisee. This Geosite will include contact information for the franchised business and customer-oriented functions related to the products and services offered.
