What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, during the first year of operation, a franchisee can request one on-site visit from Craters & Freighters, which will last for three business days, free of charge. This visit is intended to provide additional support and guidance as the franchisee establishes their business.

After this initial free visit, Craters & Freighters may provide additional on-site visits at the franchisee's request or if Craters & Freighters deems it necessary. However, for any visits beyond the initial one, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred by the Craters & Freighters representative, as well as paying a daily per-diem fee as outlined in the Operations Manuals.

This on-site support can be a valuable resource for new franchisees, offering hands-on assistance and expertise during the critical early stages of their business. However, franchisees should be aware of the costs associated with any subsequent visits and factor those potential expenses into their budget.
