During the term of the Franchise Agreement, we (or our designee) may provide the following assistance and services to you:
- (1) At any point during the first year of your operation of the Franchised Business, upon your request, we will conduct one (1) additional on-site visit for three (3) business days at no charge to you. After that visit, we will provide you with on-site visits at your reasonable request or if we determine that such an onsite visit is necessary. In either scenario, you must pay all of our travel and living expenses and the current daily per-diem fee as set forth in the Operations Manuals. (See Section 5.8 of the Franchise Agreement).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Craters & Freighters' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor may conduct an on-site visit during the first year of operation. Specifically, Craters & Freighters will conduct one additional on-site visit for three business days at no charge, if the franchisee requests it.
After the initial visit, Craters & Freighters may provide further on-site visits at the franchisee's reasonable request or if Craters & Freighters determines a visit is necessary. However, in these subsequent scenarios, the franchisee is responsible for covering all of Craters & Freighters' travel and living expenses, as well as the current daily per-diem fee outlined in the Operations Manuals.
This policy allows a new Craters & Freighters franchisee to receive additional support from the franchisor during the initial phase of their business. However, franchisees should be aware that while the first requested visit is free, any subsequent visits will incur costs for travel, living expenses, and per-diem fees. It is important to consult the Operations Manuals to understand the specific per-diem fee to budget accordingly if additional on-site support is needed or requested.
