What This Means (2024 FDD)

Additionally, the table in Item 11 indicates that classroom training may occur at Crab N Spice's corporate location in Palmdale, CA, or at the franchisee's location.
This means that a new Crab N Spice franchisee may need to travel to Palmdale, CA for a portion of the training. The franchisee is responsible for covering the travel and living expenses for themselves and their staff while attending the training program.
The initial training program is led or supervised by Marlon Arsenal, who has been working in the industry and with the Crab N Spice brand since 2015.
