We do not have any other business activities. We have not offered franchises in other lines of business.
If you sign a franchise agreement with us, you will develop and operate a seafood restaurant under the trade name Crab N Spice. If you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement (attached as Exhibit C to this disclosure document), you will develop multiple Crab N Spice outlets, on an agreed-upon schedule.
