Your franchise agreement will specify a territory, which will be determined by us. Your territory will be based on a 100,000-population center or a 5-mile radius from the location, whichever is less. Territories will be mapped based on the individual market circumstances for each unit sold.

According to Crab N Spice's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's territory will be determined by Crab N Spice and will be based on either a 100,000-population center or a 5-mile radius from the location, whichever is less. The territories are mapped based on the individual market circumstances for each unit sold.
This means that the maximum radius of a Crab N Spice territory is 5 miles. However, the territory could be smaller if the 100,000-population center is within a radius of less than 5 miles.
A prospective franchisee should consider that while Crab N Spice grants an exclusive territory, there are no restrictions on them from soliciting or accepting orders from consumers outside of their territory, except that Crab N Spice reserves the right to control all internet-based marketing.
