The training program is designed to accommodate the needs of new franchisees, with classes anticipated to be held monthly at the site of the proposed location. The franchisor retains the right to modify the length and content of the initial training program based on the attendee's experience and skill level.
The training encompasses the Operating Manual, lectures, discussions, on-the-job demonstrations, and practical exercises. Franchisees and their managers are required to attend the training, which must be completed to Crab N Spice's satisfaction at least four weeks before the business opens.
