As a franchisee, you are granted the right to operate a Crab N Spice business using these Marks, which are essential for brand recognition and customer association. The franchise agreement also stipulates that upon termination or expiration of the agreement, the franchisee must cease doing business under any of the Marks and de-identify the location so that it no longer contains the Marks, signage, or any trade dress of a Crab N Spice business.
