Who leads or supervises the Crab N Spice training classes?

According to Crab N Spice's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Marlon Arsenal leads or supervises the training classes. Item 2 of the FDD contains a description of his experience. He has been working in the industry and with the Crab N Spice brand since 2015.

Prospective franchisees should note that the training classes are scheduled based on the needs of new franchisees and are anticipated to be held once per month at the site of the proposed location. Crab N Spice also reserves the right to change the length and content of the initial training program depending on the experience and skill level of the individuals attending.

Up to two people can attend the training program at no cost, but the franchisee is responsible for covering their travel and living expenses. Both the franchisee and the manager are required to attend the training, and the franchisee can send additional people if desired. The training must be completed to Crab N Spice's satisfaction at least four weeks before the business opens. After the training, the business must be supervised on-site by either the franchisee or a trained general manager.
