When can CNS Franchising enter the premises of a Crab N Spice business to conduct an inspection?

According to the 2024 Crab N Spice Franchise Disclosure Document, CNS Franchising can conduct audits or inspections of a Crab N Spice business. Specifically, the franchise agreement can be terminated if the franchisee refuses to cooperate with or permit any audit or inspection by CNS Franchising or its agents or contractors, or otherwise fails to comply with Section 10.5 or Section 11.2 of the agreement.
