Initial Training. We provide an Initial Training program in Hanover, Pennsylvania, online, or at another designated area, at our choosing. The topics covered in Initial Training are described in the chart below in this Item 11. (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.4). The Initial Training must be completed within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. If any in-person training is required, the franchisee will be responsible for their travel, hotel, and food.
