We require that you or, in the case of an entity, your principals, attend Initial Training. You may enroll your management personnel upon our approval. Your successful completion of Initial Training to our satisfaction is required to operate a franchise within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. We advise you during or immediately after Initial Training if you have successfully completed the course. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.2(A)).

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cr3 American Exteriors' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are awarded a franchise, you or your principals (in the case of an entity) are required to attend the Initial Training. Cr3 American Exteriors may allow you to enroll your management personnel upon their approval.

The Initial Training is held quarterly, or more often if necessary, and must be completed within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. The training program is provided in Hanover, Pennsylvania, online, or at another designated area, at Cr3 American Exteriors' choosing.

While Cr3 American Exteriors does not charge tuition for the Initial Training program, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and employee wages to attend the training. Successful completion of the Initial Training to Cr3 American Exteriors' satisfaction is required to operate a franchise.
