What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, Cr3 American Exteriors does not provide assistance with constructing or remodeling the franchise premises. Cr3 American Exteriors will not assist with conforming the premises to local ordinances and building codes, obtaining building permits, or with constructing, remodeling, or decorating the premises.

Cr3 American Exteriors may give guidance regarding site selection, but the franchisee is responsible for selecting a site that requires approximately 1,000-1,500 square feet of commercial office/warehouse or flex space. Cr3 American Exteriors must approve the site before the franchisee signs a lease. Cr3 American Exteriors will consider factors such as population density, income levels, demographics, competition, visibility, accessibility, traffic, size, condition and character, parking, and available signage when reviewing a proposed site.

As is typical in many franchise systems, the franchisee bears the responsibility and cost of preparing their business location. This includes ensuring the location complies with local regulations and building codes. The franchisee is also responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and managing any construction, remodeling, or decorating work needed to prepare the site for their Cr3 American Exteriors business.
