The following Instructors teach our initial training program: Mark Luterman, Carnie Fryfogle, Marci Mayfield, and Kathleen Shreoder. We may have additional guest instructors present during the course of our training. All guest instructors will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field relevant to the subject taught.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cr3 American Exteriors' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training is held in Hanover, PA, online, or at another designated area. The specific location is at the discretion of Cr3 American Exteriors. The initial training program is provided after the Franchise Agreement is signed, and no later than six weeks before the opening of the franchised business.
Cr3 American Exteriors holds initial training classes quarterly, or more often if necessary. The training includes the use of a manual, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, practice, and forms. Franchisees or their principals are required to attend initial training, and management personnel may be enrolled upon approval. Successful completion of the training is required to operate a franchise within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement.
While Cr3 American Exteriors does not charge for attending the initial training, franchisees are responsible for covering all travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and employee wages to attend the training. The FDD also mentions that Cr3 American Exteriors may offer and require additional training or seminars, either live or electronically, and the franchisee must cover any associated travel and living expenses.
