What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cr3 American Exteriors's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use a currently supported Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Professional, appropriate antivirus software, and current versions of Adobe Acrobat. The computer used must be Windows compatible with high-speed internet access and video conferencing capabilities. The processor speed must be adequate to operate the specified software.

Cr3 American Exteriors requires franchisees to have an email account, a computer with internet access, and a printer to operate the franchise. The computer system will be used to solicit clients, manage client scheduling, and manage the franchised business. Franchisees will generate and store data related to business clients, vendors, and transactions on their computers, and they are responsible for securing and safeguarding this information.

Cr3 American Exteriors estimates the cost of the computer system and other equipment to be up to $3,000. While Cr3 American Exteriors does not generally provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or updates for the computer system, they will do so to the extent practicable. Cr3 American Exteriors does not currently require a service contract for the computer system, but reserves the right to do so in the future, with a current annual cost of about $1,500 if implemented.
