We hold Initial Training classes quarterly, or more often if necessary.
The instructional material includes the Manual, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, practice, and forms.
We do not charge for you to attend Initial Training, but you are responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and your employees' wages to attend Initial Training. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.2(A).
We require that you or, in the case of an entity, your principals, attend Initial Training. You may enroll your management personnel upon our approval.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cr3 American Exteriors's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training classes are held quarterly, and more often if necessary. The training program includes a manual, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, practice, and forms.
While Cr3 American Exteriors does not charge tuition for the initial training, franchisees are responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and employee wages to attend the training. The FDD specifies that the franchisee, or the principals in the case of an entity, must attend the initial training. Management personnel may also be enrolled upon approval from Cr3 American Exteriors.
Successful completion of the initial training is required to operate a Cr3 American Exteriors franchise within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. The document states that franchisees will be advised during or immediately after the initial training if they have successfully completed the course. The initial training is presently held in Hanover, PA or online, at the company's choosing.
