Initial Technology Fee
You must pay us an initial technology setup fee of $1,000 (the "Initial Technology Package Fee"). This fee includes setup and a one-month license to use a designated third-party technology platform. This fee is due in full before you attend the Initial Training so that you may be trained on the technology platform.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Cr3 American Exteriors requires franchisees to pay an initial technology setup fee of $1,000. This is referred to as the "Initial Technology Package Fee."
