We will provide you an Initial Training course. The Initial Training course will cover fundamental skills necessary to operate your Franchised Business. We presently hold Initial Training in Hanover, PA or online, at our choosing. Successful completion of the Initial Training is mandatory. We do not charge for training, but you must pay any travel, transportation, lodging, and meal costs you incur if we offer in-person training in the future. The Initial Training must be completed within sixty (60) days of signing the Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cr3 American Exteriors Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training course is designed to cover the fundamental skills necessary to operate a Cr3 American Exteriors franchised business. The training is mandatory for franchisees to complete.
Cr3 American Exteriors does not charge franchisees for the initial training program itself. However, if the training is conducted in person, the franchisee is responsible for covering their own travel, transportation, lodging, and meal costs associated with attending the training. The FDD states that the Initial Training must be completed within sixty (60) days of signing the Franchise Agreement.
Cr3 American Exteriors holds Initial Training in Hanover, PA or online, at their choosing. In addition to the initial training, Cr3 American Exteriors may also require franchisees to attend additional training and seminars, either live or electronically, and the franchisee would be responsible for any associated travel and living expenses.
