What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cr3 American Exteriors's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees do not have pre-emptive rights to acquire additional franchises. Cr3 American Exteriors may approve a franchisee to open additional outlets within their territory if circumstances permit, such as relationships with other businesses or population increases.

Cr3 American Exteriors also retains the right to grant franchisees additional territories if they believe the franchisee has the time, energy, capital, and management structure to successfully operate another territory.

However, the agreement explicitly states that franchisees do not have options, rights of first refusal, or similar rights to acquire additional franchises. This means that even if a franchisee is performing well, Cr3 American Exteriors is not obligated to offer them additional franchise opportunities before offering them to new franchisees or pursuing other business strategies.
