What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cr3 American Exteriors' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement has an initial term length. The agreement is effective for ten years, beginning on the specified Effective Date.

As a franchisee, this means you have the right to operate a Cr3 American Exteriors franchise for a decade, provided you adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the franchise agreement. This term length is fairly standard in the franchise industry, offering a balance between allowing franchisees time to establish their business and enabling the franchisor to maintain brand standards and evolve the system over time.

Furthermore, the FDD states that franchisees can renew their agreement for additional terms if they are compliant with the existing agreement and meet the conditions for renewal. The renewal terms will be consistent with the standard term in Cr3 American Exteriors' then-current franchise agreement. This provides an opportunity for continued operation under the Cr3 American Exteriors brand, assuming the franchisee meets the necessary criteria at the time of renewal.
