Will Cr3 American Exteriors develop and maintain a website to advertise my Cr3 American Exteriors Franchised Business?

According to Cr3 American Exteriors's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cr3 American Exteriors will develop and maintain a website to advertise, market, and promote your franchised business. This website will include your location's contact information. This is a benefit to the franchisee as it provides a base level of advertising at the corporate level.

Cr3 American Exteriors may also create, operate, and promote websites, social media accounts, applications, digital advertising, or other means of digital marketing to promote the brand, franchised business, marks, and franchise opportunities. Cr3 American Exteriors has the sole right to control all aspects of any digital marketing including all digital marketing related to your franchised business.

As a Cr3 American Exteriors franchisee, you are not allowed to have an independent website or obtain/use any domain name for your franchised business without first obtaining written approval from Cr3 American Exteriors. Cr3 American Exteriors recommends that you spend a minimum of the greater of $20,000 or 3-5% of Gross Revenue per year on local advertising pursuant to their guidelines.
