What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cr3 American Exteriors' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must successfully complete the initial training program within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement to operate a franchise. This requirement ensures that all franchisees are properly trained and prepared to uphold the brand's standards and operational procedures from the outset.
The initial training is held in Hanover, Pennsylvania, online, or at another designated area, at the franchisor's choosing. Cr3 American Exteriors holds these classes quarterly, or more often if necessary. The training covers various topics outlined in Item 11 of the FDD and includes instructional material such as the Manual, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, practice, and forms.
While Cr3 American Exteriors does not charge for the initial training itself, franchisees are responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and wages for their employees attending the training. This financial responsibility should be factored into the franchisee's initial investment and operational budget. The franchisor advises franchisees during or immediately after Initial Training if they have successfully completed the course.
