What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cr3 American Exteriors' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training program is held in Hanover, Pennsylvania, online, or at another designated area. The specific location is at the discretion of Cr3 American Exteriors.
This means that as a prospective franchisee, you should be prepared to travel to Hanover, PA, or another location Cr3 American Exteriors designates for in-person training. Alternatively, the training may be conducted online. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel, hotel, and food expenses if any in-person training is required.
The Initial Training must be completed within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. Cr3 American Exteriors holds Initial Training classes quarterly, or more often if necessary. The training program includes the Manual, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, practice, and forms. The FDD lists Mark Luterman, Carnie Fryfogle, Marci Mayfield, and Kathleen Shreoder as instructors for the initial training program.
