What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cr3 American Exteriors's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's compliance with the existing franchise agreement is a condition for renewal. The franchise agreement is effective for a ten-year term.

To renew the Cr3 American Exteriors franchise for another term, the franchisee must sign the then-current franchise agreement. This renewal is contingent upon the franchisee being in compliance with the existing agreement.

This means that a franchisee who has violated the terms of the franchise agreement during its initial term may be denied the opportunity to renew their franchise. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors want to ensure that their franchisees are adhering to the system standards and protecting the brand's reputation.
