We do not charge for you to attend Initial Training, but you are responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and your employees' wages to attend Initial Training. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.2(A).
We require that you or, in the case of an entity, your principals, attend Initial Training. You may enroll your management personnel upon our approval. Your successful completion of Initial Training to our satisfaction is required to operate a franchise within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. We advise you during or immediately after Initial Training if you have successfully completed the course. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.2(A)).
Additional Training or Seminars. We may elect to offer and require you to attend, either live or electronically, additional training and seminars that we may offer. You must pay any travel and living expenses that you or we incur to attend training or certification. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.2(B)).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cr3 American Exteriors's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not charged a fee to attend the initial training program. However, franchisees are responsible for covering their own expenses, including travel, lodging, transportation, meal costs, and employee wages, while attending the training.
Cr3 American Exteriors holds initial training classes quarterly, or more often if necessary. The training program includes instructional material such as the manual, lectures, demonstrations, discussions, practice, and forms. The initial training program is held in Hanover, Pennsylvania, online, or at another designated area, at the franchisor's choosing.
Cr3 American Exteriors requires that the franchisee, or the principals of the entity, attend the initial training. Franchisees may enroll their management personnel upon approval from Cr3 American Exteriors. Successful completion of the initial training is required to operate a franchise within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. Cr3 American Exteriors will advise franchisees during or immediately after initial training if they have successfully completed the course.
