What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cr3 American Exteriors's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Area Representatives do not have management responsibility related to the franchise. The FDD states that the Area Representative franchise program began in 2025. Area Representatives recruit and support unit franchisees in exchange for a portion of the initial franchise fee and royalty.

This means that while Area Representatives play a crucial role in expanding the Cr3 American Exteriors brand by recruiting new franchisees and providing support, they are not involved in the day-to-day management or operational oversight of individual franchise units. Their focus is primarily on development and support rather than direct management.

As of December 24, 2024, Cr3 American Exteriors had zero Area Representative outlets. The franchisor will provide a roster of current area representatives upon reasonable request.
