TIAL FEES**
Initial Franchise Fee
You must pay us an initial fee of $40,000 (the "Initial Franchise Fee") to obtain the right to establish and operate a single franchise location. This payment is due in in full before you attend Initial Training, usually when you sign the Franchise Agreement. We will refund the Initial Franchise Fee paid by you if we do not approve your application or if you do not pass our Initial Training in accordance with our current passing standards, provided that you return all training materials to us. The Initial Franchise Fee is fully earned by us and is non-refundable once we have completed our obligation to provide Initial Training and you have successfully completed Initial Training.
Initial Technology Fee
You must pay us an initial technology setup fee of $1,000 (the "Initial Technology Package Fee"). This fee includes setup and a one-month license to use a designated third-party technology platform. This fee is due in full before you attend the Initial Training so that you may be trained on the technology platform. This fee is non-refundable once paid.
Discounts
In the event that you are an existing franchisee of one of our current Loyalty Brands Affiliates, your Initial Franchise Fee will be discounted by 25%. From time to time, we may also offer special incentive programs as part of our franchise development efforts.

According to Cr3 American Exteriors's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is $40,000. This fee grants the franchisee the right to establish and operate a single franchise location. The initial franchise fee is due in full before attending initial training, typically when signing the Franchise Agreement.
Cr3 American Exteriors will refund the initial franchise fee if they do not approve the application or if the franchisee does not pass the initial training, provided all training materials are returned. However, once Cr3 American Exteriors completes its obligation to provide initial training and the franchisee successfully completes it, the fee is considered fully earned and becomes non-refundable.
There are some discounts available. If the franchisee is an existing franchisee of one of Cr3 American Exteriors's current Loyalty Brands Affiliates, the initial franchise fee will be discounted by 25%. Also, from time to time, Cr3 American Exteriors may offer special incentive programs as part of their franchise development efforts. In the last fiscal year, the initial franchise fees charged ranged from $20,000 to $40,000, based on existing business level, business experience, presence in the local market, and similar factors. Cr3 American Exteriors reserves the right to offer, modify, or withdraw any incentive program without notice. They may also finance the initial franchise fee as provided in Item 10.
