Is the Website Fee for Counselor Realty franchisees the same for all offices, regardless of location?

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the monthly Website Fee is the same for all office locations. The franchisee must pay a monthly Website Fee of $75 for each office location, including Additional Offices and Extension Offices. In addition to the $75 per office, there is a $25 charge for each licensed agent who chooses to have an optional agent website provided by Counselor Realty. For example, if a franchisee has 10 agents who elect to have the optional agent website, the total Website Fee would be $325 ($75 plus $25 multiplied by 10).

This fee structure applies uniformly across all locations, meaning that whether the office is a primary, additional, or extension office, the base fee per office remains constant at $75. The only variable that changes the fee is the number of agents who opt for an individual website. This consistency simplifies budgeting and financial planning for franchisees, as the base website costs are predictable regardless of location.

However, the FDD also states that the amount of the Website Fee may be increased during the term of the Franchise Agreement at Counselor Realty's sole discretion. This means that while the fee is currently uniform, there is a possibility of future changes.
