What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Website Fee does apply to webpages for Extension Offices. Counselor Realty will create a separate webpage or subdomain for the franchisee's office and any Extension Office on Counselor Realty's website. The franchisee is required to pay a Website Fee associated with the webpages and subdomains that Counselor Realty creates for the franchisee's Office, any Additional Offices or Extension Offices, and for the licensed agents operating through the offices. The specific amounts and timing of these fees are detailed in Item 6 of the FDD.

This means that as a Counselor Realty franchisee, you will incur ongoing Website Fees not only for your primary office and any additional offices you operate, but also for any Extension Offices you establish. This fee covers the cost of maintaining a web presence for these locations within the Counselor Realty network. It is important to review Item 6 of the FDD to understand the exact fee structure, including the amount and payment schedule, to accurately budget your operating expenses.

Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these ongoing website fees when evaluating the overall cost of investing in a Counselor Realty franchise. Understanding the full scope of these fees, as detailed in Item 6, is crucial for making an informed decision about the financial viability of the franchise.
