What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Counselor Realty will provide initial training for up to two key personnel at the franchisee's request. Counselor Realty determines the amount of initial training provided. Supplemental initial and ongoing training is also available for the franchisee and key personnel upon request.

For any training, including initial training, the franchisee must pay Counselor Realty a fee of $175 per trainer per hour. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, living, and incidental expenses for themselves, their employees, and Counselor Realty's trainers. These expenses could range from $0 to $750 per person per day, depending on travel requirements and other factors.

Prospective franchisees should consider these training costs when evaluating the Counselor Realty franchise opportunity. The uncapped number of trainers and potential for supplemental training could be beneficial, but franchisees need to budget for the hourly training fees and associated travel expenses. It is important to discuss training needs and potential costs with Counselor Realty to get a clearer understanding of the investment required.
