What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Counselor Realty will provide supplemental initial and ongoing training for franchisees and their key personnel at a Counselor Realty office or another designated location at a mutually convenient time. The FDD does not specify a limit to the amount of supplemental training Counselor Realty will provide.
However, the franchisee is responsible for paying a fee of $175 per trainer per hour for all training, including initial training. Additionally, the franchisee must cover all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by themselves, their employees, and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training.
Prospective franchisees should inquire with Counselor Realty about the typical amount of supplemental training required or recommended for new franchisees and their staff. Understanding the average duration and frequency of supplemental training can help franchisees budget for these ongoing training expenses.
