What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Counselor Realty's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay for supplemental training. Counselor Realty will provide supplemental initial and ongoing training for the franchisee and their key personnel at a Counselor Realty office or another designated location at a mutually convenient time.

The cost for this training is $175 per trainer per hour. This fee applies to both initial and supplemental training.

In addition to the hourly training fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, living, and incidental expenses incurred by both the franchisee/employees and Counselor Realty's trainers in connection with the training. This could potentially add a significant cost to the training, depending on the location and duration of the training sessions.
