What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Counselor Realty Franchise Disclosure Document, a prospective franchisee must read the document and all agreements carefully. Counselor Realty must provide the Franchise Disclosure Document to you 14 calendar days before you sign a binding agreement or make a payment.
If Counselor Realty does not deliver the disclosure document on time, or if it contains false or misleading statements, or a material omission, it should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission and the Wisconsin Commissioner of Securities.
The prospective franchisee must sign an acknowledgement of receipt at the back of the Franchise Disclosure Document. You may not make any payment to Counselor Realty or sign any contract relating to the franchise until fourteen (14) calendar days after you sign the Acknowledgements of Receipt at the back of this Franchise Disclosure Document.
The disclosure document summarizes certain provisions of the franchise agreement and other information in plain language. A prospective franchisee must sign and return the disclosure document immediately to Counselor Realty Franchising, Inc.
